Help the County Council improve information for adults with care and support needs and their carers

Thursday 5th September, 2019

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) is currently undertaking a review of the annual West Sussex Care Guide.

This is to ensure that they provide residents and stakeholders with high quality information to reflect their vision that adults in West Sussex with care and support needs live healthy and independent lives for as long as possible.

The Care Guide provides comprehensive information about support services in the county to help people make informed choices about their care.

It includes listings of domiciliary care (care at home) services, information on day care and community care services, extra-care housing schemes and support for carers. It also includes listings of care homes in West Sussex.

WSCC want to ensure that the Care Guide provides people with useful, easily accessible information and advice. They welcome the views of partners, providers, other stakeholders and local residents on the current format and content.

WSCC would appreciate it if you would take some time to complete the survey, which runs until 25 September 2019 and is accessible online.

It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
