Primary and urgent care survey - self help information

We asked people which sources of information people would find useful. Approximately two thirds of peopel said they would find information on websites, and leaflets useful. Fewer people were interestd in telephone advice lines or specialist organisations.

A higher proportion of younger people (aged under 65) said they would find any such information useful. A higher proportion of older people preferred  leaflets from GPs and telephone advice lines.
