Primary and urgent care survey - urgent care

The second section of the survey asked people about their experience, awareness and expectations of urgent care services.

The questions were divided between those who had experienced services in the past year, and those who had not.

For the former, we asked about their actual experiences: how they found their way to that service, and how confident they were in their choice of service.

For all respondents, both those who had, and had not used services in the last year, we asked about their awareness of services, what they prioritised when they chose a service and whether they were confident in knowing about what to do.
